How do CS2 match notifications work?+
Pick the teams and tournaments you want to follow. A few minutes before each match you get a push or email with a stream link. You choose how many minutes of lead time.
Do push notifications work on iPhone?+
Yes, web push on iOS works on Safari 16.4 and up (requires adding MatchPeek to the home screen). On Android and desktop (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) it works natively in the browser.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Anytime - go to /konto and click "Cancel subscription". Notifications stay on until the paid period ends, then stop. Nothing renews without your explicit confirmation.
Do I get an invoice or receipt?+
Yes. Stripe sends an electronic receipt automatically to your email after each payment. For a VAT invoice addressed to a company, email [email protected] and we'll issue one.
What if I miss a notification?+
Push and email go out independently, so one arrives even if the other layer fails. If something looks wrong, /konto shows the delivery history per match.
