Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 April 2026
Польська версія є юридично обов'язковою; цей переклад надається для інформації. These Terms of Service govern the use of the MatchPeek site at matchpeek.com and the paid Notifications service. Using the site means accepting these Terms. The Polish version is legally binding; this English translation is provided for convenience.
1. Seller
The service provider and seller is VibeDev Krzysztof Borkowski, ul. Duńska 58a lok. 5, 71-795 Szczecin, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 8513344737, REGON: 543807357. Contact: [email protected].
2. Scope of services
MatchPeek is an informational site about Counter-Strike 2 tournaments and matches. Most features (browsing matches, tournaments, teams, calendar) are free and do not require an account. The paid Notifications service requires an Account and an active Subscription - it sends push and email notifications for favorite teams' matches and favorite tournaments' starts.
3. Subscription, pricing and renewal
The Notifications subscription is available in three variants: 2 months, 5 months, or 12 months. Prices for users outside Poland are converted to the local currency and shown on the /powiadomienia page before purchase. After purchase the subscription auto-renews for the same period unless the Customer cancels before the renewal date. Cancellation is available at any time through the management panel in the Account section - the subscription remains active until the end of the paid period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland). Accepted methods include Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and BLIK (for PL customers). The Seller does not store card data - it is transmitted directly to Stripe. A VAT invoice is issued on request - please email [email protected] with your subscription identifier visible in the Account panel.
5. Right of withdrawal
A Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of conclusion without giving a reason. Note: under Article 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, this right does not apply to contracts for digital content (Notifications) where service has begun with the Consumer's express consent before the withdrawal period elapses. Activating a Subscription constitutes such consent and waives the withdrawal right after full service performance. To withdraw within the 14-day period (before full performance), please contact [email protected].
6. Complaints
Complaints about the site or the Notifications service should be sent to [email protected]. The Seller will respond within 14 days of receipt. No response within this period means the complaint is deemed accepted as requested by the Customer.
7. Personal data
Personal data processing and cookie usage are described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Final provisions
These Terms are governed by Polish law. The competent court is the court for the Seller's registered office, except for disputes involving a Consumer - jurisdiction is determined by general rules. A Consumer may use the European Commission's ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms - Customers will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance; active Subscriptions remain on the terms from the purchase date until the end of the paid period.
